Marketing a home is what sets the true professional apart from the masses. Statistics indicate that 90% of all real estate sales in Washington are done by 10% of the Realtors in the area.

I am particularly proud of my unique and innovative marketing techniques. I LOVE to market property. It is one place where my creativity can have free rein.

Staging / Professional Presentation
I want your home to stand out and be remembered by all potential purchasers and agents that preview your property. You will be very pleased with my presentation package which includes a PICTURE BROCHURE, SAVE MONEY handouts, and FEATURE signs.

Personal Networking
I have hundreds of potential buyers and their requirements in my database.

Advertising
In addition to my target marketing programs, your property will be advertised in the Washington Post for Open Houses and the appropriate local publications for general ads.

Publicity
Where appropriate and possible, I endeavor to get free publicity for my listings and often do.

Open Houses
To facilitate showings of your property, we will hold Open Houses on select Sundays and will set up a schedule for you to include dates and times for the Opens.
